Fire Risk Assessments
Our professional, comprehensive and user friendly risk assessments are produced following a full site specific survey of your premises. The inclusion of digital photography highlights any issues raised to aid the understanding of any recommendations contained within the document.
Any hazards/risks identified will be accompanied by reasonable recommended actions designed to reduce them to an acceptable level, manage them adequately or eliminate them altogether. Recommendations will be accompanied by a risk based timescale in which to complete them.
We will work closely with you to achieve a sensible, effective and most of all, cost effective solution to any issues identified.
Our risk assessments satisfy all of the guidance issued by H.M. Government and the Health and Safety executive as well as the recommendations of P.A.S. 79:2007, the publicly available specification – Fire Risk Assessments.
The cost to you includes a hard copy of the document plus a copy in electronic format if required, also continued, personal and professional help and advice regarding the content of the assessment. We will also liaise with the local Fire Authority or any other enforcing body if required, to assist in the satisfactory conclusion of any issue identified.
Our Fees
Our fees are very competitive and are negotiable, dependent on the size and use of the premises. Fees may be reduced for multi-site contracts.
